Chapter 1 

The Earth eventually becomes a way station for rogues of the universe who cause trouble and have to be put somewhere they can’t do harm. Many on Earth had that intuition that that was what the Earth was destined for but it happened over many eons, the actually cleaning of the planet was routine and its subsequent repopulation filled with rogues was duly noted and left at that.
