Chapter 1 

There are wounds in the universe that occurred early on and never healed. They would move in such a way that one was warned away from them. Around the wounds were planets on fire. It was a sort of mismanagement of energy that created these wounds, as if something had been ripped out and transferred to another place that was now abundant with energy.
