Chapter 1

SPACE

I slid around for an immense amount of time. I was completely lost. Light meant nothing to me but neither did dark. I was immersed in something I couldn’t handle and let go as a person will let go because they know the plane will crash and they will die in the crash.

A lump and a shard, fifteen varieties of fire, a million eyeballs, an eternal itch, a far away laugh so it went. I saw where the monsters and gods were made. It was not outlandish at all, in fact, there came a time when they wanted their hiding place revealed. They wanted to leap out and frighten whatever humanity existed to go on to the next stage. “Ramp up brothers it’s a mighty heave we cast!” The colorful backsides of them all running away with arms fighting the midnight air.

Revving up was the counter to it all, a big blight of devilish actors who pushed through the blue smoke to pin any innocence up against the wall.

“So I found this random companion and asked, ‘are we spinning out of control?” And you know what he says? “We’ve stopped fully and the nasty valley has us with its unkempt animals and odd smells.”

In that there was undeclared freedom the floating was fun and easy. We made the mistake of trying to define it and orientate it and suddenly we collapsed in limitation.
